- All stones ship from GERMANY. Please consider that if you order a stone you also have to pay the shippingcost. Check the picture in 'How to and Materials' for shipping rates. If you buy multiple stones or commissions, I can combine the orders together so you only have to pay shipping once.
- Once I started with your commission or once I sent a premade stone, I am unable to give refunds.
- I have the right to deny your commission or purchase for any reason.
- THESE ARE LARGE STONES!! They are inspired by the original size of the in-game stones, which means they are larger than the standard ice cube tray stones! Please refer to the size chart to see how big each stone actually is.
- Each resin piece is handmade, there may be some imperfections such as small bubbles or colors bleeding into each other. I am doing my best to prevent these on custom orders but it can happen. On finished stones you should be able to see the imperfections in the pictures. If they do not bother you in the zoomed in pictures it is unlikely they will bother you in real life, but be aware beforehand!
